Membership

ALUMNI MEMBERSHIP REQUIREMENTS



For college/university alumni, working professionals and service oriented individuals, membership requirements consist of the following:



  • Attend Alpha Nu Omega events prior to the Interest Meeting.
  • Attempt to know the members of your potential chapter and of same gender.
  • A recommendation letter from a member of the organization.
  • Attend the scheduled Interest Meeting on time, dressed in professional attire. Membership applications are distributed at Interest Meetings. Contact the chapter in your region for specific dates.  See the National and Local Events Calendar.
  • Members inducted into an undergraduate chapter are automatically eligible for membership in their regional alumni chapter.
  • For information on establishing a new graduate chapter in your area, email info@alphanuomega.org, Attn: Alumni Membership.

We welcome your interest in becoming a member of Alpha Nu Omega!  Our members represent a range of ethnicities, Christian denominations, and backgrounds, but we are unified in our desire to serve God and share Christ with others.



You should consider membership in ANΩ if you possess the following attributes:



  • Desire to strengthen your relationship with Jesus Christ

  • Desire to be a leader and example

  • Desire to serve others

  • Desire to work in groups

  • Desire to build brotherly/sisterly relationships

  • Strong work ethic

  • Dedication

​UNDERGRADUATE MEMBERSHIP REQUIREMENTS



For undergraduates, membership requirements consist of the following:

  • Enrollment in a college/university at which a chapter of Alpha Nu Omega, Inc. is established.
  • If there currently is not a chapter at your school, we can assist in chartering a chapter there.
  • A minimum G.P.A. of 2.5 with at least 12 credits.
  • Attend Alpha Nu Omega events prior to the Interest Meeting.
  • Attempt to know the members of your potential chapter and of same gender.
  • Attend the scheduled Interest Meeting on time, dressed in professional attire. Membership applications are distributed at Interest Meetings.
